ETER is a nonprofit music venue platform based in Denver, Colorado, operating ticketing, resale, membership, and ambassador programs. By purchasing a ticket, creating an account, or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Tickets
Every ticket is issued as a rotating, signed QR code tied to a single account. Tickets may be transferred once through the platform. Duplicating, screenshotting, or reselling a ticket outside ETER is prohibited and may void entry.
Resale
Resale is only permitted through ETER, and always at face value. Reselling above face value, or through any third-party marketplace, is prohibited.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. ETER may suspend accounts used for fraud, ticket scalping, or abuse of the ambassador program.
Liability
ETER is not liable for events cancelled, postponed, or changed by artists or venue partners beyond our control. See our Refund Policy for what happens in that case.
