Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ticket sales are final. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind, but a few protections apply:

• Event cancelled by the venue — full refund, issued automatically to your original payment method.
• Event rescheduled — your ticket stays valid for the new date; a refund is available on request within 14 days of the new date being announced.
• Can't make it? Resell your ticket inside ETER at face value — no fees added, no markup.
• Name changes are allowed once per ticket, up to 3 hours before doors.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
