Ambassador Program
Earn points and free entry for spreading the word about ETER nights. Share the music, complete challenges, and redeem your points for tickets, merch, or cash.
Ambassador participation requires an active ETER membership.
Types of opportunities
- Challenges
- Promotional tasks published by the venue — share a flyer, post about a show, bring a crew. Register, submit your evidence, and points land once it is approved.
- Referrals
- A personal referral code. Every ticket sold with it earns you points: 1 per dollar of the ticket price.
- Shifts
- Help out on event nights — door, floor, setup — and earn points for the hours you work.
How points are earned
- Completing challenges: each one lists its point value, its steps, and how many places are open.
- Ticket sales through your referral code.
- Working shifts on event nights.
- Points accumulate into levels — Bronze → Silver → Gold — based on everything you have earned, not what you have spent. Redeeming never drops your level.

- A reduced membership rate for active ambassadors.
Participation expectations
- Keep an active membership: your ambassador status depends on it.
- Represent ETER honestly — no spam, no misleading promotion, no sharing the venue's private information.
- Submit real evidence for challenges; submissions are reviewed and can be rejected.
- Points expire a set number of months after they are earned, so use them.
Application and approval
- Become a member (or sign in if you already are one).
- Open the Ambassador section of the members app and tell us why you want to join — or enter an invitation code if you have one.
- Applications are reviewed by the ETER team. You will see the status — pending, approved, or not approved — in the app.
- Once approved, your referral code, challenges, rewards, and leaderboard unlock immediately.
